Extend Exercise ClassesExtend Exercise Classes are held twice a week on Tuesday and Friday at 10:15am. They last for one hour and they are designed with our older person in mind. This is carried out with a series of gentle exercises to music to help alongh those aching muscles and creeking bones.
Currently the classes cost £1:50 per session and will help to stimulate those tired bodies and if this has given you an appetite then there is always the Lunch Group which follows on afterwards.
